During the day, I’m a primary school teacher in East London, but by night I’m a vocalist with a variety of groups around the city. I’ve been fortunate enough to have had many doors open to me because of Singology, and have performed at festivals, on television and at the Royal Albert Hall and Southbank Centre. I’m a new leader hoping to use my experience with a mic to help encourage others to step forward!
What I love about Singology is how quickly the group progresses from a bunch of people finding their way vocally to a fully-fledged family who supports each other to sing their hearts out! I joined Singology three years ago when the Stratford branch started and have just recently become the group’s tutor. It has been a pleasure to see it grow and make some lifelong friends over the last few years and I can’t wait to see where the coming years will take us!
